“….Mr Matsuzaki turned his back on the world and retreated into the foothills of Mount Fuji. Nobody has set eyes on him for many years, but as promised Mr Matsuzaki still repairs every pair of scissors returned to him.
How does he receive the scissors sent to him from around the world?
Well it is said that the scissors are to be returned to him wrapped in a bamboo leaf and placed on top of a specified rock. Two weeks after this is done the scissors are to be found there, repaired as if new. I wish to return my Matzusaki Mantis 77’s to this mythical man of the mountains. I wish to do this by hand……”
